Impeccable service, stunning views of the lake, clean facilities, and delicious breakfast. The hotel is located on/near/nearby the lake which provides a serene and charming atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, making sure that I had everything I needed during my stay.
Everything is what I need and want.

Sleeping in tents is a nice experience, the bathroom is very nice and the inside of the room looks very cosy, breakfast next to the lake in a calm location is very nice.
Having breakfast means waiting for almost an hour for 2 poor toasts and an omelette, if you want hot water you need to ask it, out tv didn't work for a day cause they forgot to pay for the cable, 2 of the 5 tents are completely damaged with a large green canvass over them so it doesn't really look nice from the garden, rather abandoned, as a resort that will close soon, no possibility to pay with credit card, only cash(!!), staff of the hotel hardly spoke english and often it was hard to find them. Dinner in garden very expensive.

For dinner we chose Ambrai, that was 600 metres from the hotel. Excellent location to Dabok airport, just 30 minutes by car. The property was set walking distance to jagmandir. Was a lovely base for weekend.

The restaurant nearby, just a short distance away, is highly recommended for a meal, and you can also catch a glimpse of hathipole from your window, which is great. Rev: I highly recommend eating at a nearby restaurant called Raas Leela, which is only 200 meters away and offers a fantastic view of hathipole; the location is also conveniently close to all the attractions.

Very nice place by the lake, good food, very helpful and always attentive Mr.shakti.The rooms have an old world charm. Good place to relax
The place is not accessible by car and you have to go through narrow and serpentine alleys to reach there. There is an auto rickshaw ready to take you to the place where you can get into the car. But for this, things are fine

The view from my room was breathtaking and made waking up every morning so much better. The food they served was top-notch, I loved that they had a variety of options to choose from. The hotel was in a prime location, making it super easy and convenient for me to access the places I needed to go to.
The staff wasn't as friendly as I would have liked them to be, they seemed uninterested in helping me during my stay. The room could have been cleaner, I noticed some stains on the bed sheets and towels.

The hotel has stunning views of the nearby lake and city landmarks. the rooms are spacious and well-maintained, with 24/7 hot water in the bathroom. the restaurant serves delicious food and offers outdoor dining in a beautiful garden setting.
The location of the hotel is difficult to find and the narrow streets to reach it can be a bit of a hassle to navigate. There is no room service available, so all meals must be consumed in the restaurant.

Staying in a lakeside hotel surrounded by gardens and wonderful eateries like Ambrahi is a dream come true. the rooms and bathrooms are impeccably maintained with a great staff, and the food served is mouth-watering. You will surely be enchanted by the views from this hotel and the remarkable hospitality provided by the friendly staff.
The approach road to the hotel might be narrow and not very pleasant.
